We have trained over 10,000 Security Officers, which enables us to spot select and recruit directly from our classrooms.

Our Officers are closely monitored and for the first year of our services, we have weekly touch base meetings with the client as well as on-going quality control evaluations of our own operation and personnel with report reviews, incident reviews, uniform inspections and an introductory (30) day employee evaluation at the property.
